TPP Counselling Consult is led by Lt Col (Couns) James Bampoe Palmer, a professional counsellor who holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology.

He brings a strong background in leadership, discipline, human development, counselling practice and service to humanity. His professional orientation combines sound counselling principles with practical experience in guiding individuals, groups and institutions through personal, relational and organisational challenges.
